300gsm Toner Sheets are ideal for your toppers and die cuts and the 160gsm for backing papers and using up your negative foil from foiling your patterned sheets,
All are printed at high resolution, I have tested many different papers to find the one that gave me the best results. I have tested all of these using the tattered lace and Heidi swap foiling machine and they foil beautifully.
Plain toner sheets are ideal for using your negative foil (what is left after foiling on a patterned toner sheet) and also foiling any of your die cuts.
Please be aware that you are buying only toner printed sheets not my sample cards!!!
The Toner Sheets are fantastic quality, and have the same appearance as the Tattered Lace Toner Sheets, and they have been tested by me many many times, please see my Craftations blog to see examples made with these sheets and hints and tips to improve your foiling if you aren’t getting the results you hope.
If you are using the Tattered Lace foiling machine and don't get the results you want, I would recommend leaving the machine on for at least 10 minutes (preferably 20 minutes) before foiling even if the ready light is on, the Tattered Lace foiling machine works with just two rollers and as there is no variable temperature control, allowing the heat to build up before using will give you better results. The Heidi Swapp I would suggest trying programme 3 as a starting point and then adjust accordingly.
If you are cutting intricate dies I find if you foil the toner sheet first and then die cut you get better results. This is because the foil can’t get into all the little creases on detailed designs. This would be the case whatever toner sheets you use.
I have many Patterned Toner sheets available, as well as foils and carrier sheets, I will combine postage for multiple items where possible and refund any difference in costs.
